Printing graphical output to disk

What are the options for printing a MacVector graphic map to disk and creating an EPS file?

Print dialog settings for Save to File

In the Print dialog, select Save as File from the printer options drop-down menu, and also set Destination to File. Then set these options:

Format: EPS Mac Standard Preview
PostScript Level: Level 1 Compatible
Data Format: ASCII
Font Inclusion: All But Standard 13
