MacVector personalization for multiple user accounts (version 9.5 and earlier)
Each MacVector installation requires a registration ("personalization") step that involves specifying a user name, company name and serial number for each MacVector user. This information is stored in a copy of the "MacVector(Tm) Library" file that becomes saved as "MacVector(Tm) Preferences" in the Users / <User Name> / Library / Preferences folder on OS X.
The easiest option for minimizing user involvement is to personalize the MacVector installation for one user account, remove the "MacVector(Tm) Library" file from the MacVector folder, and replace it with the "MacVector(Tm) Preferences" file from the user preferences folder - making sure to rename the preferences file to "MacVector (Tm) Library" after moving it to the MacVector folder.
The first time MacVector is launched from any particular user account, the "pre-personalized" MacVector Library file will be automatically copied to the Users / <User Name> / Library / Preferences folder and renamed "MacVector(Tm) Preferences".
