WHY BUY MAINTENANCE? When you first purchase MacVector, the purchase price includes one year of maintenance. When you have an active maintenance contract you get: 1) Access to all MacVector releases that occur whilst you are on active maintenance. Expect to be seeing a new release every 6 months, with occasional additional patches for critical small changes. 2) Access to MacVector telephone support. 3) Access to MacVector e-mail support. 4) With MacVector under new management, we are fully committed to developing frequent and full-featured upgrades. Our new Universal Binary release shipped in April to all customers on active maintenance. We have already begun work on the next release due out this autumn. |
